Title : System Designer II

Level : T2

Responsibilities :

1. Review and analyze vulnerability and PEN test reports.
2. Validate and develop deployment scripts for vulnerabilities.
3. Contribute to system architecture design and assist with product prototyping.
4. Conduct detailed analysis of system specifications.
5. Define system specifications and qualification tests.
6. Develop and document designs meeting standards.
7. Select, qualify, and integrate third-party equipment and software.
8. Integrate and test complex features.
9. Write procedures and support operations.
10. Respond to issues impacting customers; troubleshoot, analyze, propose, and implement resolutions.
11. Collaborate with technical and service teams across the organization.

Requirements :

• Ability to deliver quality products.
• Proficient with Windows 10/11, Windows Server 2016+, Active Directory.
• Experience in scripting and automation (PowerShell, Python, Bash, Kubernetes, Docker, Ansible).
• Experience with DB infrastructure (MySQL, MariaDB, PostgreSQL).
• Experience with virtualization platforms.
• Experience with Linux (RHEL, Debian).
• Experience configuring/deploying network devices (switches, routers, firewalls).
• VoIP configuration/maintenance (SIP/RTP) is a plus.
• Proficient with debugging tools.
• Language: English; French is a plus.
• May require security clearance.
• Must be a Permanent Resident of Canada.

Qualifications :

• University degree in IT, Electrical, or Computer Engineering (or equivalent experience).
