A leading IT consulting firm in Toronto is seeking a Techno-Functional SuccessFactors Consultant. This role requires expertise in both functional and technical aspects of SAP SuccessFactors, particularly in the Succession and Development module. The ideal candidate will gather HR requirements, develop technical designs, and ensure end-to-end solution delivery in a hybrid work environment. Applicants should possess strong HR process understanding and problem-solving skills, with SAP certification preferred.

We are seeking a Techno-Functional SuccessFactors Consultant with expertise in both functional and technical aspects of SAP SuccessFactors. This role requires a professional who can bridge business requirements and technical implementation.
