A leading insurance company in Toronto is seeking an HR Business Partner to implement HR strategies across various domains, such as talent acquisition, learning and development, and employee engagement. The ideal candidate has a Bachelor's degree in Human Resources and at least 5 years of HR experience, with fluency in both French and English preferred. The role requires strong communication skills, the ability to work collaboratively in teams, and familiarity with HR software. As an HR Business Partner (HRBP), you will play a crucial role in driving HR strategies and initiatives across various areas including Communication, DEI, Learning & Development, Recognition, Engagement & Social, Talent Acquisition, CSR, Wellness, and Talent Management. You will work closely with the Director, HRBP, and other stakeholders to ensure the effective implementation of HR programs and policies.
