  • Degree qualified (preferably in a discipline relevant to Financial Services)
  • 2-4+ years experience in Financial Services, with exposure to FATCA & CRS regulations and IRS W-series forms an advantage
  • Proven strong client relationship skills
  • Proven experience managing multiple projects / deliverables; excellent organizational and multi-tasking skills
  • Exceptional attention to detail
  • Results driven and self-motivated

Responsibilities
  • Preparing AEOI filing analysis, 1042 data, withholding rate information, and other output for delivery to clients. Proactively managing daily workflow and ensuring set deadlines are met.
  • Validating IRS W-form series and withholding statements using specialized validation software.
  • Reviewing deliverables produced by other individual contributors for release to clients.
  • Providing guidance to more junior Individual Contributor-level staff.
  • Manage communications and ongoing relationships with AEOI clients, their investors, and other external and internal stakeholders.
  • Manage expectations and ensure that all queries are dealt with in a timely manner. Provide excellent service to clients via direct or indirect contact.
  • Maintain and improve knowledge of the Automatic Exchange of information regulatory and compliance environment as it impacts service and/or clients, including industry research and analysis as required, as well as Chapter 3 and withholding requirements.
  • Review and provide feedback on AEOI self-certification forms
  • Read and interpret Financial Statements in order to determine account values.
  • Local AEOI portal registration/de-registration, communication and trouble shooting
  • Research, analyze and provide recommendations for process improvements to increase operational efficiencies.
  • Identify, analyze and troubleshoot classification and re-classification inconsistencies.
