  • Set the Vision and Align the Team: Provide strategic leadership and direction across Business Transformation, ensuring that Innovation, Sustainability, and Project Management & Construction and Design functions are unified.
  • Empower Functional Excellence: Partner with the strong leaders already driving these functions. Create the conditions, resources, and organizational alignment they need to scale impact and deliver results efficiently.
  • Accelerate Innovation and Growth: Foster a culture of curiosity, experimentation, and continuous improvement that fuels new opportunities for customer and business growth.
  • Lead Change and Drive Organizational Efficiency: Guide the enterprise through transformation and streamline structures, processes, and ways of working to enhance agility, speed, and impact across the organization.
  • Leverage Data for Strategic Impact: Ensure that decision‑making across the organization is guided by data and insight.
  • Embed Sustainability and Purpose: Strengthen our commitment to responsible growth, ensuring alignment with corporate purpose and long-term value creation.
  • Lead Through Collaboration: Act as the connective tissue across business functions to ensure transformation projects and strategic initiatives are executed with precision, speed, and alignment to business priorities.
