On-Site IT Support Specialist — Systems & Security
Job summary
A leading technology solutions provider in Breslau is seeking an experienced IT Support Specialist to join their team. The successful candidate will provide technical support, install and configure hardware and software, and maintain computer systems. Applicants should have a strong background in IT, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team. This position requires in-office presence five days a week.
Qualifications
- 2+ years of experience in IT support considered an asset.
- Knowledge of hardware and software installation, troubleshooting, and maintenance.
- Able to diagnose and resolve technical issues.
Responsibilities
- Manage ticketing system and provide technical assistance.
- Install, configure, and troubleshoot hardware and software.
- Monitor and maintain computer systems and networks.
