The Project Coordinator, Election Services, reports to the Project Manager and will support and implement all aspects of municipal elections and by‑elections, including referenda, recounts and contract elections, on behalf of the City Clerk, City Council, four School Boards and the Minister of Municipal Affairs and Housing.
Key responsibilities include coordination of the mail‑in voting program, supervision of up to 18 Election Assistants, logistics of the 89 Northline Road facility, and communication with internal and external stakeholders.
