Bella Coola Valley Inn is located at 441 Mackenzie Street, (PO Box 949)Bella Coola, BCV0T 1C0. We are currently looking for a permanent, full time Motel Manager.

Wage: CAD$39.90/hour

Types: Full-time, Permanent (various shifts, including evening, nights, weekends, and holidays)

Working hours: 30~40 hours/week

Benefits: 4% of vacation pay

Job Duties:

  • Develop, implement and update operational procedures and policies;
  • Prepare budgets and monitor revenues and expenses;
  • Participate in marketing and pricing;
  • Recruit, supervise staff and evaluate their performance;
  • Oversee staff’s trainings and set work schedules;
  • Maintain relationships and negotiate with suppliers for terms and pricing;
  • Ensure safety rules and regulations are met;
  • Resolve customer complaints and use them to improve procedures and policies.

Job Requirements:

  • Completion of secondary school;
  • Minimum 3 years of experience within the accommodation industry.
