Job summary
A leading fitness brand is seeking a Front Desk Opener for its Belleville location. This part-time role is essential as the first point of contact for members. Successful candidates will have a positive demeanor, strong communication skills, and a customer service orientation. Responsibilities include greeting members, handling sales, resolving issues, and maintaining facility standards. Qualifications
- CPR/AED training preferred.
- Prior sales experience in a retail setting is preferred.
- Successful completion of all Retro University courses.
Responsibilities
- Greet and check in members upon arrival.
- Resolve member issues effectively.
- Handle membership sales and retention.
- Follow up with prospects for memberships.
- Sell in-store merchandise like smoothies and drinks.
- Maintain a safe and clean environment for all.
- Complete applicable downtime tasks as assigned.
- Open and close the facility when scheduled.
- Adhere to company policies and procedures.
