We are seeking a Lead Analyst, Business Analytics to join our team as a key driver in transforming and advancing Medcan’s analytics and insights maturity. This role combines deep technical expertise with strategic business partnership to build scalable data solutions, robust governance frameworks, and AI-enabled insights. You will partner with and support critical functions across the organization, including financial analysis, product and sales growth, marketing and lead management, and operational utilization. As a senior member of the team, you will architect sustainable solutions, consult business leaders through insights storytelling, and mentor team members in developing analytics products. Success in this dynamic environment requires both advanced technical skills and a strong relationship management mindset.

This is a full-time hybrid position (2 days in office) working 40 hours per week based on business needs between regular office hours Monday – Saturday (8 AM - 5 PM). Our downtown Toronto clinic is conveniently located at 150 York St., which is nearby St. Andrew station or a 10-minute walk from Union Station!
