A leading resource recovery company is seeking a Field Technician for projects in Canada, primarily in Alberta, that require installation and maintenance of odorization systems. The position involves extensive travel (up to 75%) and requires a post-secondary technical qualification. Responsibilities include troubleshooting, documentation, and ensuring safety compliance. This role offers competitive pay, full training, and significant opportunities for career growth in the energy sector.
MRR is an industry‑defining partner in gas odorization, trusted across North America for expertise, safety, and solutions that endure. Our teams work with intention and precision, applying deep technical understanding to ensure every system is safe, compliant, and built to last. With decades of complex, real‑world problem‑solving under our belt, we’re the experts called in when conditions are tough, and solutions must be engineered, not improvised. If you want to grow your technical career with a company where Where Standards are Set™ is the expectation, not a slogan, MRR is the place to do it.
As a Field Technician supporting MRR’s growth in Western Canada, you’ll work directly at client sites on public safety and energy infrastructure projects, with extensive travel throughout Alberta and across Canada. You’ll be backed by MRR’s expert engineering and operational teams from multiple locations in Canada and the US, ensuring you have the training, resources, and support needed to succeed in the field.
