We are seeking an experienced Senior Project Coordinator to support and oversee commercial electrical projects from inception through completion. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in project coordination within the electrical contracting industry, with proficiency in AutoCAD and BIM tools for design and coordination.

Key Responsibilities:

• Coordinate all phases of commercial electrical projects, ensuring milestones and deliverables are met on time and within budget.
• Prepare and track shop drawings, RFIs, change orders, and closeout documentation throughout the project life cycle.
• Assist with procurement by evaluating vendor quotes to identify the most cost-effective solutions.
• Coordinate material tracking, supplier communications, and delivery schedules to support project timelines.
• Monitor job site progress and ensure compliance with contract documents and company standards.
• Utilize AutoCAD and BIM software to support electrical design layouts, coordination drawings, and as-built documentation.
• Maintain accurate records and documentation for all project activities.

Qualifications:

• Minimum 5+ years of experience in project coordination within the electrical contracting or construction industry.
• Proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit, and other BIM-related software.
• Solid understanding of commercial electrical systems, construction processes, and project life cycles.
• Excellent communication, organizational, and time management skills.
• Ability to read and interpret blueprints, specifications, and electrical schematics.
• Proficient in MS Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook, Project).
• Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
