Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in mechanical and/or electrical drafting and design for building systems.
• Familiarity with BIM execution plans and multidisciplinary model coordination.
• Experience with model coordination and clash detection reviews.

Responsibilities

• Develop and coordinate Mechanical and/or Electrical system drawings using Revit and AutoCAD.
• Maintain and manage BIM models throughout all project phases.
• Collaborate closely with engineers and architects to ensure effective integration of building systems.
