Job description

Working Hours: 8.30am - 5.30pm / 8.30am - 12.00pm

Key Responsibilities:

Prepare and manage all technical drawings, 3D models, and design documentation for preliminary, construction, and as‑built stages using Building Information Modelling (BIM) / Revit / AutoCAD.

Ensure all drawings and specifications comply with project requirements, company standards, and industry regulations; maintain accurate and updated drawing versions and documentation.

Design and optimize Mechanical Electrical Plumbing (MEP) system layouts, including ducting, piping, routing, and equipment placement.

Review, check, and verify design drawings to ensure accuracy, completeness, and alignment with design data.

Coordinate and communicate with clients, consultants, contractors, and project teams to resolve design queries and provide necessary clarifications.

Collaborate with engineers, architects, and stakeholders, and actively participate in design review meetings to improve overall project design.

Lead and guide BIM Modellers/Coordinators, ensuring quality and consistency in deliverables.

Conduct site quality checks to confirm drawing accuracy and compliance with standards; address revisions promptly to meet project deadlines.

Perform any other duties as assigned.

Job Requirements:

Diploma/ Degree in Mechanical Engineering or related fields with minimum 3 years in drafting experience in M&E services is a must.

Proficient in AutoCAD; knowledge in BIM/Revit MEP is an added advantage.
