Posting: Spring/Summer, 2025 seasonal hiring.

• Train, support and coach retail team members in proactive sales of retail merchandise.
• Ensure stores are adequately stocked and merchandise displays are maintained and organized throughout the operating day.
• Manage daily cash handling practices and safeguards, including proper use of POS stations, cash floats, change orders and cash outs.
• Implement and deliver standard operating policies and procedures related to hospitality, retail operations, safety and employee engagement to ensure a memorable guest and staff experience.
• Provide leadership and accountability to team members to meet role expectations.
• Assist with scheduling and managing daily staffing resources to align with expected business volumes.
• Directly support retail agents in service recovery issues and report larger issues to management.

• Previous leadership and cash handling experience.
• Experience in retail and point-of-sale systems.
• Passion for coaching and developing team members with a proven safety-first mindset.
• Strong hospitality focus with the ability to proactively listen to and understand guest needs.
• Self-starter who thrives in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment.
• Competent administrative skills with proficiency in Microsoft Office.
• Ability to stand for extended periods in indoor and outdoor environments at high altitude; be prepared for all-season weather (snow, rain, wind, hail) as retail operations occur at upper and lower stations on Whistlers Mountain.
• Secondary language skills are an asset.
• Consent to a criminal record check is required.
