Job summary

Brock University is seeking Teaching Assistants for the MATH 2P91 course. Successful candidates will support mathematics instruction by interacting with students, preparing seminar materials, and managing course logistics. Qualifications

• Applicants must be at least third- or fourth-year students currently enrolled in an MATH DEGREE, or who have completed an MATH DEGREE or equivalent.
• The successful applicant must have effective communication skills including the ability to explain subject material to students.

Responsibilities

• Scheduled contact time with students and non-classroom time including preparation of seminar material, student consultation, marking or grading, examination proctoring.
• Attend lectures, hold office hours, and other course administration as may be required.
