Dumont Technical Institute, a division within the Gabriel Dumont Institute of Native Studies and Applied Research invites applications for the following positions:

Responsibilities: Under the supervision of the Program Coordinator, the Program Administration Support individual will be responsible for providing program support to DTI Program Coordinators. Facilitate the student recruitment, selection and registration process. Perform specific funding requirement reports and documents as required. Provision of ongoing statistical and analysis reports for the Institute and stakeholders. Administer/input data into the Student Information System (SIS), with maintenance of a detailed system of official student files. Regulating timelines and overseeing tasks to ensure quality control and completion. This may include, but is not limited to, drafting lease agreements, facilitating service contracts, and maintaining vendor relationships. Travel within Saskatchewan may be required, based on program needs.
Qualifications: The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor’s Degree in a related Discipline (Commerce, Education, Social Science, etc.). Equivalent experience and education may also be considered. Experience with Government programs and student loans. The successful candidate must have demonstrated competence in leadership, communication, analytical skills and professionalism. Strong working knowledge of governmental regulations and compliance. A good working knowledge of Métis history, culture and governance would be assets.
Term: November 2025 – November 2026 (possibility of extension)
Remuneration: Program Admin Support 1 pay grid
