Senior Research Manager — Build Global Programs & Strategy
Job summary
A recruitment firm in Toronto is seeking a Senior Research Leader to define and execute the Research strategy. This role includes building and leading a high-performing team, setting objectives, and improving Research processes. The ideal candidate has extensive experience in research leadership, strong analytical skills, and excellent communication. The salary range is C$145,000–C$185,000 CAD, with opportunities for professional growth.

- 7+ years of progressive experience in Research, including 4+ years leading managers.
- Proven track record in building programs at regional or global scale.
- Experience in professional services or recruitment industry is a plus.
Responsibilities
- Define the Research vision and annual operating plan.
- Build and lead a high-performing Research team.
- Own Research KPIs and drive continuous improvement.
- Establish scalable policies and tooling for Research.
- Partner with leadership to deliver outcomes.
