A recruitment firm in Ontario is seeking a Marketing Manager to lead localized marketing efforts and support franchisees. You will implement campaigns, analyze market trends, and collaborate with various teams to enhance brand visibility. A minimum of 3 years in marketing, preferably within retail or franchise sectors, is required. Enjoy a creative and fast-paced environment with competitive compensation and benefits.
Serve as the primary marketing contact for your region, supporting franchisees, District Managers, and the Support Centre team.
Plan and implement localized marketing campaigns that strengthen community engagement, elevate brand visibility, and drive guest traffic.
Partner with the National Marketing team to roll out national promotions, adapting them to resonate with your regional audience.
Analyze market trends, consumer insights, and competitive activity to identify opportunities for growth and differentiation.
Provide franchisees with marketing support, resources, and guidance to ensure consistent execution of the brand promise.
Collaborate with District Managers and local leadership to develop regional strategies that align with overall business objectives.
3–5 years of marketing experience, ideally within QSR, retail, or franchise-driven environments.
Strong communication, collaboration, and relationship-building skills, with the ability to work cross-functionally.
Proven experience in campaign development and execution, with both traditional and digital marketing.
Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and adjust strategies for maximum impact.
A proactive, hands-on approach, with the creativity to adapt national brand strategies to local markets.
