The Customer Service Representative-Remote (Bilingual : French / English) works from home and interfaces with customers via inbound / outbound calls and / or via the Internet. What You Will Do In This Role

As a remote Customer Service Representative, you will:

• Provide inbound customer support in the customer's preferred language using a call flow guide
• Help resolve basic technical issues
• Track, document, and retrieve information in databases
• Maintain knowledge of client products/services, such as smartphones, tablets, computers, wearables; familiarity with iOS and/or MacOS is preferred
• Offer additional products/services
• Deliver excellent customer experiences with a smile

Your Qualifications

Successful candidates will have:

• Fluent speaking skills in French and English
• At least 1 year of customer service experience
• A high school diploma or GED
• A quiet, distraction-free home environment
• Proficiency in multitasking and eagerness to learn new technologies
• Strong computer navigation skills and PC knowledge
• A desktop or laptop for testing; company-provided equipment may be discussed
• High-speed internet (no wireless/hotspots or satellite) and a smartphone
