Job summary
A leading recruitment agency is hiring a Team Leader for a remote role in Canada. The successful candidate will supervise a contact centre team, ensuring exceptional performance and customer satisfaction. Candidates should have customer service experience, organizational and computing skills, and the ability to work in a dynamic environment. This is a full-time 6-month contract with competitive pay.
