Position Summary

Uneekor, Inc. uses technology and design to connect the world through golf, empowering every golfer to be the best version of themselves on and off the course. We have revolutionized the US golf simulator industry from the commercial golf simulator market success at the global level by offering first-of-its-kind overhead launch monitors in the open technology platform to thousands of individual golfers. Seamlessly combining hardware and simulator software programs, our passion is to create valuable content, products, and services that fulfill millions of golfers’ passion for their love of the game.

We are looking for our new Business Development Manager as we continue to grow the Canadian sales team. You will be responsible for driving Uneekor’s commercial growth by identifying, developing, and managing strategic partnerships and new business opportunities. Your mission will be to expand Uneekor’s presence in key markets (e.g., golf facilities, training centers, club shops, high‑performance golf venues) and generate incremental revenue by building meaningful relationships.

Responsibilities
  • Identify and target potential partners: golf clubs, driving ranges, coaching academies, training centers, and corporate/fitness partners.
  • Build and nurture relationships with decision‑makers (owners, general managers, directors) in target organizations.
  • Negotiate business agreements, including reseller deals, facility partnerships, or co‑branded experiences.
  • Develop business development plans to align with overall sales and company growth goals.
  • Analyze market trends, competitor activity, and customer needs to formulate high‑potential growth strategies.
  • Work cross‑functionally with Product, Marketing, and Sales to align go‑to‑market strategies and new product rollouts.
  • Lead the proposal and bidding process for large potential partners.
  • Collaborate with the Inside Sales, Sales Engineering, and Marketing teams to build compelling value propositions.
  • Forecast business development pipeline and revenue and report on key metrics.
  • Represent Uneekor at industry events (PGA Show, trade shows, club / facility conferences) and lead business development initiatives at these events.
  • Create and deliver presentations, demos, and business cases to prospective partners.
  • Help develop marketing collateral or case studies that highlight Uneekor’s technology, ROI, and value to facilities.
  • Ensure successful onboarding, integration, and satisfaction for facility and partner clients.
  • Coordinate with Product and Support teams to relay feedback and drive continuous improvement.
  • Maintain long‑term relationships and identify upselling or renewal opportunities.
Qualifications / Knowledge / Critical Skills
  • 5+ years in business development with hardware and software / technology sales; experience in the golf, sports tech, or fitness industry is a strong plus.
  • Demonstrated success closing B2B partnerships or large commercial deals.
  • Familiar with golf industry dynamics (golf facilities, coaching, simulators), ideally with a network or experience in golf business.
  • Strong analytical skills, ability to assess markets, and creating scalable strategies.
  • Excellent presentation, negotiation, and communication skills suited to executive‑level stakeholders.
  • Able to work with Product, Engineering, Marketing, and Sales teams to bring partnerships to life.
  • Experience with CRM tools (e.g., HubSpot) and business development frameworks.
  • Willingness to travel for trade shows, partner visits, and field engagements.
