The Program Manager will oversee the planning, execution, and delivery of large-scale, cross-functional projects to ensure alignment with client expectations and business objectives. This role will lead project teams, manage budgets and timelines, and serve as the primary point of contact for internal and external stakeholders throughout the project lifecycle.

Your role in our team
  • You will define project scope, timelines, and budget in collaboration with stakeholders, and oversee the full project lifecycle from initiation to closure—including scheduling, resourcing, execution, and cross‑functional coordination
  • You will serve as the principal contact for client‑facing communications and technical documentation, managing all project meetings, status updates, and stakeholder communications
  • You will partner with internal teams (engineering, sales, finance, contract management, customer service) and provide technical leadership by translating contractual requirements into engineering deliverables while mentoring project team members
  • You will monitor project budget and schedule, proactively addressing deviations to maintain financial and operational integrity, and oversee specification and contract compliance with third‑party vendors and suppliers
  • You will lead risk management efforts by identifying, assessing, monitoring, and mitigating project‑related risks, and support issue resolution through coordinated escalation paths across departments
  • You will ensure safety and quality compliance across all project phases in collaboration with site managers and environmental teams
  • You will conduct weekly internal project meetings to ensure alignment and progress, and perform performance reviews and lessons‑learned analyses at key milestones and project closure
  • You will travel up to 30%
Your profile
  • You have obtained a bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Business Administration, or a related technical field
  • You have gained 10+ years of progressive experience in project or program management roles
  • Your advanced degree or certifications (e.g., PMP, Six Sigma) are preferred
  • Proficient in project management tools (e.g., MS Project, SAP, or equivalent)
  • Proven track record of managing large‑scale, complex technical projects in material handling, logistics, or automation systems
  • Strong financial and analytical acumen related to cost forecasting and resource planning
  • Proven ability to plan and organize complex projects, leading and motivating multidisciplinary teams in fast‑paced, matrixed, and multicultural environments
  • Skilled in problem‑solving and adapting strategies in response to evolving conditions, while effectively managing and negotiating with diverse stakeholders
  • Demonstrated excellence in verbal and written communication, with strong interpersonal, leadership, and client‑management capabilities
  • Culturally competent, with experience collaborating across global project teams
  • Committed to safety, quality, and continuous improvement in all aspects of project delivery
