A leading technology training firm in Halifax, Canada, is looking for a Project Manager to join their team for a military training program. In this critical role, you will manage client communications, oversee project plans, and ensure quality control. Candidates should possess 3-7 years of project management experience, excellent interpersonal and organizational skills, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment. PMP certification is preferred, and experience with military projects is an asset.
Bluedrop has partnered with SkyAlyne, the prime contractor, on the Future Aircrew Training (FAcT) Program for the Government of Canada. This is Canada’s next generation pilot and aircrew training program for the Royal Canadian Air Force (RCAF).
The FAcT Program will transform how the RCAF trains its next generation of pilots and rear crew. Combining live flying, advanced simulations, and classroom learning, this long‑term program ensures aircrew are fully prepared for future operations.
As part of the SkyAlyne Team, Bluedrop is responsible for the development and implementation of the courseware training, on‑going maintenance and support of the courseware, and much more!
The Project Manager will be a critical part of the delivery team for Bluedrop on the FAcT Program, and this role will work in collaboration with our customers and other strategic partners to successfully deliver training development.
As the Project Manager, you have a passion for managing and exceeding client expectations at every turn, while ensuring a team of designers and developers meets all cost, schedule, scope, and quality requirements.
