Job description
Objectives

The objective is to evaluate the effectiveness, compliance, and operational efficiency of an organization’s Health and Safety Program. The assessment will identify strengths, gaps, and opportunities for improvement, and provide actionable recommendations to enhance program delivery and risk mitigation.

Scope of Work

The Contractor shall:

  • Review the organization’s current Health and Safety policies, procedures, and practices.
  • Conduct interviews with key stakeholders and staff.
  • Benchmark the Health and Safety Program against applicable federal occupational health and safety standards.
  • Assess risk management practices and incident response protocols.
  • Provide recommendations for program improvement, including training, reporting, and governance enhancements.
Mandatory Requirements
  • M1 — Disclosure of work
  • M2 — The Bidder must demonstrate that the proposed resource delivered from inception to closeout one (1) Hazard Prevention Program (HPP) within the past 5 years to either a federally or provincially regulated organization, Crown Corporation or Federal or Provincial Government of Canada Department or Agency. The Bidder must provide the following details for each referenced project
