Job summary
A governmental organization in Woodstock, Ontario, is seeking a candidate to manage operations, recruit and supervise staff, and implement policies and procedures. This role requires a diploma from a 1 to 2 year program and 1 to 2 years of work experience. Responsibilities include budget preparation, marketing activities, and addressing customer inquiries. The position is on-site with no remote work options available.
Qualifications
- College or CEGEP diploma from a 1 to 2 year program required.
- 1 to 2 years of relevant experience preferred.
Responsibilities
- Develop and implement policies and procedures for daily operations.
- Recruit and hire staff.
- Supervise staff.
- Conduct performance reviews.
- Negotiate with suppliers for materials and supplies.
- Conduct training sessions.
- Negotiate with clients for facility use.
- Prepare budgets and monitor revenues and expenses.
- Implement marketing activities.
- Arrange for and oversee maintenance activities.
- Enforce policies and procedures.
- Address customer complaints or concerns.
- Develop and implement business plans.
- Establish work schedules.
