Job Summary

We are seeking a compassionate and reliable Local License Practical Nurse (LPN) to join our healthcare team. The LPN will provide direct patient care under the supervision of registered nurses and physicians, ensuring the comfort, safety, and well‑being of patients in a local facility setting. This role supports daily clinical operations and contributes to high‑quality patient outcomes.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide direct nursing care to patients, including administering medications and treatments as prescribed.
  • Monitor patient health by recording vital signs and observing changes in condition.
  • Assist patients with daily living activities such as bathing, dressing, feeding, and mobility.
  • Support physicians and registered nurses in diagnostic procedures and treatment plans.
  • Maintain accurate and timely documentation in patient medical records.
  • Educate patients and families on care plans, medications, and health maintenance.
  • Ensure compliance with facility policies, procedures, and regulatory standards.
  • Collaborate with interdisciplinary healthcare teams to deliver coordinated care.
Required Qualifications
