Job Title Stress Engineer – In Service Repairs (DTA)

Job Description:

We are seeking a knowledgeable Stress Engineer – In-Service repairs. This role offers the opportunity for career growth in engineering as well as possibilities for leadership.

In today's climate, the safety of passengers on our aircraft is paramount and at Capgemini you will have the opportunity to work on providing your technical expertise on large commercial aircraft.

• Apply your own specific knowledge of aircraft stress areas for metallic repairs on aircraft structures.
• Provide update to the aircraft manuals such as Aircraft Structural Repair Publication and Aircraft Maintenance Publication.
• Prepare or review stress analysis reports covering repairs or allowable damage limits to metallic Interact with a multidisciplinary team in the development of structural repair solutions.
• Perform aircraft static strength, durability, and damage tolerance analyses for specific or generic structural metallic repairs in support of the fleet.
• Provide your experience in updating various aircraft structural manuals, specifically the Aircraft Structural Repair Publication and Aircraft Maintenance Publication.
• Update or review analysis reports on repairs or damage allowances of metallic structures.

• Repair Engineering (5 years)
• Damage Tolerance Analysis (DTA) (minimum 2 years)
• Stress Engineering (3-5 years)
• Metallic Structures (2 years minimum)
