Job summary
A leading automotive service provider in Colwood seeks a skilled individual to enhance customer service and optimize retail sales. Responsibilities include developing estimates, interpreting inspection results, and delivering excellent customer service. Ideal candidates should have automotive knowledge, 1 year of industry experience, and the ability to work flexible hours. This role offers a competitive annual compensation of $70,000 to $80,000.
Qualifications
- 1 year experience in the automotive industry.
- Valid driver’s license.
- Ability to work a flexible schedule including weekends, evenings, and holidays.
Responsibilities
- Develop and present estimates, source parts and sell jobs to customers.
- Interpret inspection results and present results to customers.
- Deliver superior customer service while consulting customers.
- Contribute to the effectiveness of peers to promote success.
- Optimize retail sales and achieve shop objectives.
- Ensure the safety and well-being of shop employees.
Skills

- General automotive knowledge
- 1 year experience in the automotive industry
- Excellent customer service skills
- Good communication skills
- Team-building skills
- Valid driver’s license
- Ability to work a flexible schedule including weekends, evenings, and holidays
Compensation: $70,000.00 - $80,000.00 per year
