Job summary
A leading industrial gases provider in Saint John is seeking a customer-oriented individual to enhance relationships and support customers in a retail environment. This role involves advising on products, processing orders, and maintaining product displays. Ideal candidates will have experience in sales, be computer savvy, and have a positive attitude. Physical capability to lift up to 50 pounds is required.
Qualifications
- Over 1 year in a retail/industrial sales environment.
- Strong knowledge of computer systems.
- Ability to lift and roll cylinders as required.
Responsibilities
- Advise customers on products, prices, and availability.
- Process customer orders through various channels.
- Organize product displays in the store.

- Listens actively to customers to advise them on products, prices and availability in order to satisfy their needs. Answers technical questions.
- Receives and processes customer orders (phone, email in, fax, etc)
- Organizes the display of products in the store
- + 1 year in a retail/industrial sales environment
- Knowledge of welding processes and products is an asset but not mandatory
- Very strrong knowledge of computer systems and google suite
- Secondary diploma
- A positive attitude and customer service focus
- Ability to lift up to 50lbs and roll cylinders as required.
