Summary

Part time sales role supporting store operations at the Vancouver Outlet with a focus on driving sales, delivering exceptional customer experience, and assisting management with team coaching and store standards.

Responsibilities
  • Achieve or exceed individual and store sales and commercial KPIs
  • Lead the sales floor to deliver an excellent customer experience and build client relationships
  • Maintain a guest ready environment where clients feel welcomed and comfortable
  • Provide styling expertise and product knowledge to build sales
  • Initiate regular client contact and follow up on sales and inquiries
  • Foster collaboration and open communication with colleagues and management
  • Open and close the store according to procedure
  • Ensure the sales floor and stockroom are well organized
  • Adhere to company policies and procedures
Requirements
  • 3+ years experience in retail, sales, or industry‑adjacent role focused on customer service
  • Prior leadership experience strongly preferred
  • Experience generating sales and developing client relationships
  • Demonstrated verbal and written communication skills
  • Excellent organizational, follow‑up, and time management skills
  • Computer skills including POS operation and Microsoft Office
