Summary

Provide exceptional client service as a brand ambassador at the outlet, supporting sales targets and clienteling while reporting to the General Manager. Deliver after sales service and contribute to store initiatives and events in a fast paced luxury retail environment.

Responsibilities
  • Meet and exceed daily, monthly, and yearly sales targets
  • Capture client data and maintain client relationships through follow up and after sales service
  • Create and foster genuine client relationships to drive KPIs such as UPT and ATV
  • Open and close consignments and process returns and exchanges
  • Support team initiatives, contests, and store events to drive business
  • Handle customer repairs and advise clients on product fit and maintenance
  • Communicate effectively and build partnerships with clients, peers, and management
Requirements
  • Minimum of two years experience in a retail environment
  • Luxury retail experience preferred
  • Understanding of specialty retail and clienteling techniques
  • Computer skills including POS, Word, Excel, and email
  • Ability to thrive in a high paced environment and multi task
  • Positive, outgoing, high energy and sales focused personality
