Responsibilities
- Maintain daily communication with the Program Manager regarding ongoing projects.
- Coordinate with healthcare professionals for drug coverage submissions.
- Report all Adverse Events to the assigned units.
- Navigate processes to secure medication reimbursement.

- Navigate complex processes to secure reimbursement for life‑saving medications
- Report all Adverse Events to the assigned units/departments
- University degree in a related field
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in the pharmaceutical, insurance, or healthcare industries
- Previous experience in reimbursement and knowledge of public, private, and federal reimbursement processes
- Minimum of three years in a customer service role, or five years as a Senior Reimbursement Specialist
- Bilingualism in French and English is required
- Advanced knowledge of the pharmaceutical or insurance industry
- Strong analytical and mathematical skills
- Proven ability to communicate effectively with patients on sensitive topics
- Effective organizational skills and attention to detail
- Excellent problem‑solving abilities
