A global life sciences organization is seeking an Executive Assistant to provide high-level administrative support to the VP & Managing Director in Mississauga. This role will be pivotal in ensuring smooth daily operations and facilitating communication within the leadership team. Candidates should have over 5 years of administrative experience, preferably in the pharmaceutical or biotech sectors, along with exceptional organizational skills and proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite. The Executive Assistant will provide high‑level administrative support to the VP & Managing Director, Canada and the extended Leadership team. This role serves as a trusted partner, ensuring smooth day‑to‑day operations, facilitating communication, and enabling effective leadership. The Executive Assistant will also support members of the Canadian Leadership Team (LT) and take a lead role in planning and executing internal and external events for the LT and the company as a whole. This is an office‑based role reporting to the Vice President and Managing Director, Canada. This position requires exceptional organizational and communication skills, sound judgment, high level of discretion and professionalism, and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast‑paced environment.
