An Independent Doctor of Optometry affiliated with LensCrafters (Luxottica) seeks an Associate Optometrist. You will work within the practice of a LensCrafters Subleasing Optometrist as an employee or contracted doctor. As a private independent practice, Luxottica operates the optical dispensary while the Affiliated Doctor operates the Doctor’s office and provides high quality optometric care and service to patients. Working as an Associate Doctor of Optometry within the practice, the terms of agreement, practice model, pay and hours are negotiated directly between you and the Subleasing doctor.

• Provide high quality optometric care and service to patients within the scope agreed with the Subleasing Doctor.
• Deliver patient-centered eye care and coordinate care with the Subleasing Doctor and support staff.
• Perform comprehensive eye examinations and relevant diagnostics using available equipment (e.g., Clarifye digital eye examination technology where applicable).
• Participate in practice operations in collaboration with Luxottica and the Subleasing Doctor as appropriate.

• Professional autonomy to care for patients
• Full scope of practice predicated on professional discretion and agreement with the Subleasing Doctor (no company-imposed quotas)
• Flexible scheduling available, including part-time commitments or adding to an existing practice schedule
• Fully furnished office with full OD equipment; may include digital eye examination technology
• Access to imaging and pre-testing support where available
• Automated online appointment book and patient recall system

Compensation is determined by multiple factors, including geography, experience, qualifications and local minimum wage requirements.
