Kumama Bistro is a Chef-driven, ingredient-led experience using influence from our International guest and own travels. No Program. Just good food and booze. The bistro is located at the main building of Pine Bungalows Resort in Jasper National Park. We are currently seeking a server/bartender with upscale casual dining experience to join our amazing team of leading professionals in the hospitality industry. This position is ideal for ambitious individuals with a passion for food, wine and creating memorable guest experiences. Kumama offers above exceptional wages to attract the best of the best from hospitality industry. We offer staff accommodation and have an accommodation allowance for those already living in Jasper.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and cook menu items according to recipes and standards, ensuring quality and consistency.
• Assist in the preparation of ingredients, including washing, chopping, and measuring food items.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization in the kitchen, adhering to food safety and sanitation standards.
• Help with inventory management by tracking supplies and notifying management of shortages.
• Collaborate with other kitchen staff to ensure timely meal preparation and service.
• Follow all health and safety regulations related to food handling and preparation.
• Participate in training sessions to improve cooking techniques and knowledge of food safety practices.

Qualifications
