Responsibilities
- Provide exceptional customer service.
- Ensure accurate product scanning.
- Execute company-directed promotions.
- Complete daily/weekly duties.
- Prepare special orders and displays of fish products.
- Cut and clean fish and shellfish.

Ensuring daily/weekly duties are completed:
- Temperature logs, Floor logs, Follow Food Safety SSOP's
- Start production beginning with out of stock items
- Running production sheets
- Weekly features stay in place
- Using the CARE program when approaching/serving customers
- Help put away orders/loads
- Maintain clean working environment and area
- Answer any customer inquiries, and use your knowledge of store layout and product content to give directions as needed
- Prepare special displays of fish products
- Prepare special orders
- Cut fish into steaks and fillets
- Clean and prepare fish and shellfish
- Other duties as requested
