We’re currently hiring Registered Nurses (RNs) to join our compassionate and dynamic team at The Madison Care Centre, located in Coquitlam, B.C.

The Opportunity: Registered Nurses (Casual and Part-time)

In this role, you'll lead and support the delivery of high-quality care in a warm, resident-focused environment. As a key member of the team, you'll collaborate across disciplines, coordinate care, and guide unregulated care providers—all while building meaningful connections with residents and their families.

What You’ll Be Doing:
  • Coordinating resident admissions, discharges, and transfers
  • Completing resident assessments and leading the care planning process
  • Administering medications, wound care, and treatments
  • Utilizing PointClickCare for accurate electronic charting and completing MDS assessments
  • Communicating with physicians, families, and interdisciplinary teams
  • Taking on Charge Nurse responsibilities when required
  • Delegating tasks and supporting unregulated care staff
  • Participating in care conferences and medication reviews
What We’re Looking For:
  • Registered and in good standing with BCCNM
  • Current CPR/First Aid certification
  • Confident using electronic documentation systems (eMAR, PointClickCare)
  • Strong critical thinking and leadership skills
  • Fluent in English (verbal and written)
  • Previous experience in long-term care preferred
