You will have the ability to act as a team leader and mentor at ward level participating in effective teamwork and maintaining communication with colleagues to promote collaboration and facilitate the coordination of person‑centred care. • Experience in palliative care knowledge of AN-ACC and providing high quality care of the ageing people

• Effective written and verbal communication skills
  About you
  • Registered Nurse with current registration under the Australian Health Practitioner Regulation Agency (AHPRA)
  • Proven ability to deliver person centre care that respects the dignity and worth of the individual.
  • Current Senior First Aid Certificate (ongoing requirement)
  • Able to work effectively as an individual and as part of a team
  • National Police Check (Newcastle Anglican will consider the relevance of any reported outcomes)
