A faith-based aged care service in Toronto is seeking permanent Registered Nurses to join its team. The role involves leading fellow staff in providing quality care to elderly individuals. Nurses will be responsible for mentorship, effective communication, and high-quality service delivery. Along with excellent interpersonal and negotiation skills, candidates must be AHPRA registered and have a Senior First Aid Certificate. Attractive hourly rates and benefits are included.

You will have the ability to act as a team leader and mentor at ward level participating in effective teamwork and maintaining communication with colleagues to promote collaboration and facilitate the coordination of person‑centred care.
