A care services provider in Nova Scotia is seeking dedicated individuals for personal care roles. Responsibilities include providing hygiene, companionship, and maintaining a safe environment. Ideal candidates are enrolled in or have completed a CCA/PSW program and possess first-aid certification. Flexibility in scheduling is offered with options for casual, part-time, or full-time positions.

Responsibilities
- Provide personal hygiene and grooming to residents.

- Provide companionship and emotional support.

Schedule: Casual, PT, FT positions available
- 8-12 hour shifts
- Days and evenings
- Provide personal hygiene, oral care, skin care, toileting, bathing, feeding, dressing and grooming
- Maintain confidentiality concerning residents, staff and organizational information
- Work within the NSAHO Scope of Practice
- Provide companionship and emotional support to residents
- Maintain a safe and clean environment, adhering to facility infection control policies
- Clear Criminal Record check and vulnerable sectors check from within the last 6 months
- Current Standard First-Aid and CPR certification
- Successful completion or enrollment in a CCA / PSW program
- Registered with the CCA Registry
- Effective communication, both written and verbal in English
- Physically fit / able to perform physically demanding job duties
- Reliable and punctual with a good attendance record
