PSW/Caregiver ($1000.00 Signing Bonus)

Responsibilities
- Provide meal preparation and light housekeeping.
- Enable seniors to live at home as long as possible.
- Execute care plans as outlined by the Care Designer.
- Assist clients with transfers and ambulation.
- Meet client safety needs and use equipment safely.
- Complete accurate records and documentation.

- Referral bonuses for referring A-players and a $300 sign on bonus ($150 after training and $150 after 3 month probation)
- Flex Schedules (Part-Time & Full-Time) Visits for 4, 8, 12 hours
- Positions available: Lindsay, Bobcageon, Cannington, Fenelon Falls, Norland & Cities of Kawartha Lakes
- 24/7 employee support
- Provide meal preparation, light housekeeping, and/or provide companionship and personal care.
- Happier Aging is at the heart of what we do — enabling seniors to live at home as long as possible, doing what they love to do.
- Execute on the client’s care plan as outlined by the Care Designer.
- Help clients with their ADL’s (Activities of Daily Living) that is within the scope of practice as delegated
- Assist clients with transfers, ambulation and exercises as delegated.
- Meet the safety needs of the client and use equipment safely and properly.
- Function within the limits of your own experience and knowledge, while practicing safely and competently within the job description.
- Complete records and documentation accurately and thoroughly.
- 1 year experience as a PSW, DSW, HCA , SSW or foreign trained nurse
- Vehicle/Valid driver’s license required. Must be willing to travel to remote locations
