• Design and Build AI Agents: Develop AI‑powered agents and automation tools to optimize internal processes, improve decision‑making, and enhance employee productivity.
• Prototype & Experiment: Rapidly test and iterate on generative AI applications (e.g., using LLMs, embeddings, or fine‑tuning models) to solve real business challenges.
• Collaborate Cross‑Functionally: Partner with business leaders to identify use cases, scope technical requirements, and integrate solutions with internal systems.
• Data Analysis & Modeling: Use statistical and machine learning techniques to extract insights, model behaviors, and inform strategic recommendations.
• Evaluate & Scale: Measure the impact of deployed AI tools, refine models, and guide the adoption of successful pilots across the organization.
• Stay Ahead of AI Trends: Track emerging technologies in generative AI, automation, and data science, recommending how Constant Contact can strategically leverage them.

• 3+ years of experience in Data Science, Machine Learning, or a related technical field.
• Proficiency with Python and libraries such as pandas, scikit‑learn, PyTorch, or TensorFlow.
• Experience working with Large Language Models (LLMs) (e.g., OpenAI, Anthropic, or Hugging Face frameworks).
• Proven ability to build and deploy end‑to‑end AI or automation solutions (e.g., chatbots, process automation, internal copilots).
• Strong analytical skills and ability to communicate technical concepts to business stakeholders.
• Entrepreneurial mindset and comfort working in a fast‑paced, cross‑functional environment.

• Experience using APIs and orchestration tools to connect AI agents with business systems (e.g., Salesforce, Jira, internal databases).
• Experience working with SQL databases.
• Familiarity with prompt engineering, RAG (retrieval‑augmented generation), or fine‑tuning LLMs.
• Experience in SaaS, marketing technology, or digital platforms.
