Job summary
A transportation company is seeking a full-time truck driver to join their team in Brampton. As a driver, you will be responsible for safely operating trucks, loading and unloading goods, and maintaining the vehicle. Candidates should possess an AZ class license and a high school graduation certificate. Efficiency in customer service and a valid work permit are essential. The role offers competitive hourly pay with various shift options.
Qualifications
- Experience in the transport industry is an asset.
- Knowledge of dangerous goods occurrence reports and driver logbook required.
- Physical ability to sit for long periods while driving.
Responsibilities
- Drive as part of a two-person team or convoy.
- Load and unload goods efficiently.
- Conduct pre-trip, en route, and post-trip inspections.
- Perform preventive maintenance on the vehicle.

Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
Experience: Experience an asset
License: AZ class license
Documentation knowledge: Dangerous goods occurrence reports, Driver logbook, Inspection report (pre‑trip, en‑route, post‑trip), Trip reports
