The Junior Technician - RF Specialization is an entry-level position. The role may involve supervising less experienced technicians, performing simple tests, and assisting in equipment setup and modifications. Initiative and routine task management are essential.
- Assist in aligning and testing simple production equipment, recording results.
- Set up, modify, and check test stands for simple equipment.
- Support more experienced technicians and technologists.
- Follow internal procedures and safety rules.
- Perform additional related duties as assigned.
Under supervision, assist with RF testing including:
- Knowledge of measurement instruments such as spectrum analyzers and multimeters.
- Thermal and vacuum testing.
- Bench testing with various analyzers.
- Resourceful and adaptable.
- Strong analytical skills.
- Team player.
- DEC or equivalent in electrical engineering, electronics, telecommunications, or related field.
- 0-2 years relevant experience.
- Fluency in French; English knowledge is a plus.
Successful candidates must obtain security clearance and pass assessments for Controlled Goods and ITAR.
