As a Senior Infrastructure Engineer - Meeting Room Technologies, you will support the engineering, integration, and lifecycle management of collaboration and AV technologies across CIBC’s enterprise environment. You will work closely with internal teams and external integrators to deliver modern meeting room and collaboration solutions across key office locations. This role will focus on engineering support for AV deployments including configuration, integration, validation, and ongoing support of technologies such as Microsoft Teams Rooms, Crestron, Biamp DSP, and Dante audio systems. You will help implement established AV design standards while supporting large‑scale workplace technology initiatives, including office refresh programs and modernization projects. In addition, you will contribute to evaluating emerging collaboration technologies to ensure the enterprise AV environment remains current, scalable, and aligned with evolving business needs. You will also collaborate with vendors and cross‑functional teams to ensure consistent service delivery, equipment lifecycle management, and optimal meeting room experiences.

• AV Engineering & Integration: Provide engineering support for enterprise AV technologies including configuration, integration, validation, and testing of meeting room and collaboration systems.
• Enterprise AV Deployment: Support large‑scale workplace technology initiatives including office refresh programs and modernization projects across collaboration environments.
• Vendor and Service Governance: Partner with AV integrators and technology vendors to support solution implementation, troubleshoot complex issues, and ensure delivery aligns with enterprise standards.
• Collaboration & Stakeholder Engagement: Work closely with internal technology teams and business partners to deliver reliable collaboration experiences and support enterprise productivity.
• Technology Evaluation & Innovation: Contribute to the evaluation and validation of next‑generation collaboration technologies to support future workplace and meeting room capabilities.

• You can demonstrate 7+ years of experience. In audio‑visual engineering, collaboration technologies, or enterprise AV environments, with hands‑on experience deploying and supporting AV systems at scale. You bring strong technical expertise in AV platforms and technologies, including Crestron, Microsoft Teams Rooms, Surface Hub, Biamp DSP, and Dante audio networking. You have experience integrating and supporting enterprise collaboration environments, including meeting room technologies, control systems, and AV network infrastructure. You are comfortable working with vendors and integration partners to support installation, configuration, troubleshooting, and validation of AV solutions.
• You’re a certified professional. It is ideal if you have current accreditation in AQAV9000, Crestron, Evertz, Cisco Networking, Dante.
