This role embodies exceptional guest service within our Food & Beverage team. As a Barista, you will craft extraordinary experiences from the moment guests enter the coffee shop, ensuring a fulfilling and memorable start to their day.

• Offer guests unparalleled service with warmth and thoughtfulness
• Prepare beverage orders, generate checks, and handle payments efficiently
• Maintain daily organization of the coffee shop, ensuring all products are accessible
• Monitor inventory levels to prevent stock shortages
• Reduce spoilage and waste through efficient methods
• Ensure cleanliness, sanitation, and proper functioning of all refrigeration, storage, and work areas

• Ability to kneel, stoop, pull, grasp, lift, carry, and transport 50-75 lbs
• Ability to stand and walk in confined spaces for the entire shift
• Manual dexterity to operate food and beverage equipment

Education: High school diploma or equivalent

Experience:

• Minimum of 1 year Coffee Shop Attendant experience in a hotel preferred
• Experience in a similar role with a comparable operation size

Certifications: Food Handlers Certification required
