1. Must be eligible to work in Canada
2. 1+ year of customer service and sales support experience
3. Excellent communication, problem-solving, and interpersonal skills
4. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively
5. Strong computer skills
6. Proficiency in Zoom
7. Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment
8. Full-time position available
9. Language requirement: English
