In this highly visible role, you’ll collaborate with product leadership, industry analysts, field personnel, customers, partners, engineers, and our delivery teams to advance Sophos’ Exposure Management strategy.
We’re looking for a strategic and technical product leader with a track record of building cybersecurity services that meet customer needs. You’ll combine business acumen, technical expertise, and a big-picture vision to work across Product, Operations, and Engineering. Your role will involve defining product strategy, leading design and planning discussions and decisions, and developing and bringing to market a consolidated Exposure Management portfolio of services.

In Canada, the base salary for this role ranges from $134,000 to $223,000. In the United States, the base salary for this role ranges from $162,000 to $270,000. In addition to base salary, we offer additional compensation including bonus eligibility and a comprehensive benefits package. A candidate’s specific pay within this range will depend on a variety of factors, including job‑related skills, training, location, experience, relevant education, certifications, and other business and organizational needs.
