Job summary
A healthcare facility in Toronto is seeking a dedicated maintenance worker. The role involves cleaning, minor repairs, and ensuring safety standards. Candidates must have a high school diploma and at least 2 years of related experience. This is a permanent position requiring 35 to 40 hours of work per week. Safety equipment is necessary, and proficiency in English is required.
Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years of experience in maintenance work.
- Ability to handle physically demanding tasks.
- Familiarity with tools and equipment needed for maintenance.
Responsibilities
- Perform cleaning tasks including sweeping, mopping, and scrubbing.
- Conduct minor repairs in plumbing, electrical, and HVAC systems.
- Carry out safety and security checks as required.
